My wildlife filming began many years ago and has been popular with local audiences and generously reviewed by EDP and RSPB. I have recently been working on my original films to edit them to appeal to a new audience. I hope you enjoy viewing the newly edited versions of the films below.
A film about the importance of nature to those serving in the stress of war.
(Specially edited version to commemorate Remembrance Day 2025.)
Short excerpts from one of my films showing swallows building a nest.
Short excerpts from one of my films showing kestrels being ringed. I have shown one or two children stroking a young chick as it is being ringed, which is sometimes regarded as likely to cause the parents to abandon the brood. I take the opposite view which is that this is a small risk compared to the excitement for the children of making contact with a wild bird. In fact all the birds fledged successfully.
This is a film about John Clare, Nature's best loved poet.
This film is a celebration of nature with music and poetry.
